What Fireblaze actually is
Fireblaze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is an AI-powered digital infrastructure company. Since 2017 we have helped businesses, educational institutions, startups and government organisations build, automate and scale using artificial intelligence, enterprise software, data and digital transformation. Education — through Fireblaze AI School — is one business vertical among several, not the whole of what we do.
Our mission is to help organisations accelerate growth through artificial intelligence, enterprise software, automation, analytics, cloud and workforce development. Our vision is to become one of India's leading AI-first technology companies, building intelligent software, AI products, digital platforms and skilled talent for the global economy.
That shows up as two things in practice. First, software products we build and operate ourselves: Shiksha Saarathi, an education ERP platform, and Mera Udyog, a business management platform — both built because the organisations we work with were running critical operations on paper registers, disconnected spreadsheets and institutional memory. Second, custom engineering and AI consulting — generative and agentic AI, LLM integration, enterprise software, data engineering and digital transformation delivered for a specific organisation's workflow.

Say the inconvenient thing
If extending your existing system is better economics than replacing it, we say so, even when replacing it is the larger contract. A client who trusts our assessment is worth more than one project.
Ship slices, not milestones
Working software in production early beats a polished demo later. Real usage exposes the assumptions that a specification cannot.
Stay after launch
Software in production needs an owner. We remain responsible for uptime and change rather than treating handover as the finish line.

Aniruddha Kalbande founded Fireblaze Technologies on 31 October 2017. What began as a Nagpur-based technology venture has grown into a company spanning enterprise AI and digital transformation, software engineering, data and analytics, and workforce development through Fireblaze AI School.
