What we built for Berar Finance Ltd
The challenge
Berar Finance works with off-roll agents across 160 branches in India. There was no formal process for onboarding or offboarding them, and no centralised way to complete the KYC verification that regulated lending requires at that scale.
Our approach
Fireblaze built a custom software product to manage the full off-roll agent lifecycle across all 160 branches — onboarding, offboarding, and KYC through centralised Aadhaar, PAN and bank account verification.
The outcome
The platform is in use across Berar Finance's branch network and operates within the RBI compliance framework applicable in India, replacing what had previously been an informal process.
