The challenge

Rajkabir Logistix operates pan-India logistics and needed both a public web presence and an operational system capable of managing consignments at that geographic spread — plus visibility into what its field agents were doing on calls.

Our approach

Fireblaze delivered two pieces of work: custom development of the Rajkabir website and a logistics ERP for pan-India logistics management. Alongside it, Rajkabir uses Mera Udyog for call sync and call analysis across its field agents.

The outcome

Rajkabir now runs its pan-India logistics management on the custom ERP, with field-agent call activity synced and analysed through Mera Udyog.
