The challenge

Siddheshwar RMC runs three ready-mix concrete plants and a head office across Kapsi, Gumgao and Kamptee, with a team of 150 employees. Payroll computation took five days each cycle. There was no formal process for issuing quotations at all — an enquiry could arrive with no consistent way to respond to it.

Our approach

Mera Udyog was deployed across all four locations to handle lead management, customised quotations, recovery tracking, quality testing records, and employee attendance and payroll for the full 150-person team. The platform's mobile app put quotation issuing directly in the hands of the sales team in the field.

The outcome

Payroll computation went from five days to four hours. Quotations moved from having no formal process to being sent within one minute of an enquiry arriving, from a mobile device.
